Anand M Sharma
Anand leads the PraeEminere practice based out of UAE and advises on matters of strategy including governance, risk, finance and operations. Initiating his career with business advisory, tax and audit in 1982, he had his last advisory stint at Arthur Andersen in India, prior to joining Bank of America in 1990.
With over two decades in top executive leadership, including with HSBC and Standard Chartered and five years as Chief Risk Officer with regional banks in the GCC, Anand is proficient in negotiating complexities for driving change amidst challenging situations.
Farooque Tungekar
Farooque has over four decades of experience with HSBC in the Middle East. As Head of Credit International he led corporate credit and risk management, with strong oversight over the Bank’s substantial corporate credit portfolio for the Middle East.

Jasbir Bindra
Jasbir has held senior regional executive leadership roles at HSBC MENA – most recently as Country Head of Financial Crime Compliance since 2017, following a well accomplished stint as CFO for Global Banking and Markets since 2009.
