Arpana Sharma drives governance oversight, accountability and sustainability centric transformation across industries. With over three decades of multi-sector leadership, including Health, Hospitality, Recruitment, Management Consulting and Higher Education in India and the UAE, she enables organisations to navigate change, embed resilience, and deliver long-term value.

As Managing Partner and Director of Sustainability at PraeEminere Advisory, Arpana oversees Sustainability Governance and leads the Sustainable Business-Education portfolio at the intersection of industry, youth and education. She has developed PraeEminere’s Corporate Internship Program – a groundbreaking initiative that helps business to recalibrate their business approach and innovate while preparing future talent, through a systematic process.

Her multinational and international expertise enables organisations to adopt a systemic view and embed regenerative practices in their transition to ensure long term resilience, sustainable growth, adaptability and future orientation. Throughout her career, Arpana has spearheaded transformative initiatives and has developed a credible reputation in establishing stakeholder partnerships and developing innovative strategies that deliver measured outcomes. In her last tenure with Higher Education she was recognised for developing a robust Alumni Engagement framework, shifting its relevance from an operational function to a strategic business model further expanding its influence through impact driven Industry Relations and Partnerships.

Arpana is an industry thought leader who is actively involved in high-profile initiatives. She is an active Board Member of UAE based entities and a NGO based in India. She is a published author and has presented her research at prestigious conferences. Arpana is an ICEF (International Consultants for Education and Fairs) and British Council certified consultant.

Her academic credentials include  – Executive Education in ‘Governance for a Sustainable Future’ and ‘Business Sustainability Management’ – both from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership (CISL), University of Cambridge; ‘Competitive Strategy & Innovation’ from London School of Economics. She also holds a ‘Master of Business Administration’ from the University of Wollongong; Postgraduate Diploma in ‘Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition’ from Delhi University and ‘Bachelor of Science’ from Panjab University.
